ARTBYROBINCOLE sells custom digital paintings made from the customer’s own photos.

Delivery is digital, in 1-2 business days.

Because each painting is custom-made for one customer, refunds are limited: if you cancel before work has started, you can get a full refund. If work has started, or the finished painting has already been delivered, a refund is not normally given, except if the painting was not delivered at all, or the wrong file was delivered.

If there is a problem with your delivered painting, contact us through the website as soon as possible, with your order details, and we will try to fix it or offer a revision where reasonable.

Refunds, when approved, are returned to the original payment method, and timing depends on the payment provider / bank.
